In partnership with Islanders helping Islanders, SOTE will be managing the property and all related AirBnB issues/tasks. Our goal with the AirBnB is to give a 5 Star service to all guests with a push to be booked every night this season from June 1st to October 1st, 2022. As we move into the fall we will be looking to market to off island hockey and ringette teams looking for an economical lodging solution. With two kitchens and a kitchenette on the property, being able to efficiently serve a crowd is not a problem.
The space
You will be staying in this beautiful 2600 sq/ft home situated on 3 acres of manicured land. The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 washrooms and 1 kitchen, and 1 kitchenette, as well as a Jacuzzi, deep soaker tub. The home boasts a 2500 sq/ft of deck space with a bbq/bar cabana with an outdoor fridge. For those that will need to stay in touch with the business of work, we have a workstation and printer with high-speed internet to stay connected.

Inquire about the 1000 sq/ft party/games room with premium 4x8 / 8 ball pool table, dartboard, and bar. Also premium sound system with projector for presentations or a movie night. We also have a full set up of 5-piece drums, bass guitar, keyboards, acoustic guitar, and a nice Gibson SG. (additional fee for use of instruments) NOTE: The ability to host larger gathers up to 20 people are also available. Inquire about pricing.
